Second, guests can arrange the hotel’s limousine service to or from Hong Kong International Airport for a more direct transfer.
Third, guests can travel by rail, as the hotel is next to Sha Tin MTR Station and the official hotel information describes the property as having a direct MTR link to the airport area.

All guestrooms are equipped with air-conditioning, a flat-screen TV with IPTV service and satellite channels, a minibar, coffee and tea making facilities, a writing desk, soundproof walls, a private en-suite bathroom with a shower, a hairdryer, slippers, and complimentary toiletries. Complimentary Wi-Fi is available throughout the hotel. Select rooms also feature an in-room Nespresso coffee machine.
3. Does Royal Park Hotel provide free toiletries?
Royal Park Hotel provides hair conditioner, shampoo, body wash, body lotion, toothbrush, comb and cotton bud in room. Since Hong Kong government officially banned the free distribution of single-use plastic hotel amenities and plastic-bottled water, other items are available at the vending machine at 3/F, while water dispenser is available on guest floors.
4. Does Royal Park Hotel provide complimentary bottled water in the guestrooms?
Only Suites are provided with free canned water. In accordance with Hong Kong’s regulation on disposable plastic products, complimentary plastic-bottled water is not provided in guestrooms. Water dispensers are available on each guest floor and bottled water can be purchased from the vending machine on 3/F.
5. Are the guestrooms newly renovated?
Yes. Royal Park Hotel has completed a comprehensive renovation programme in 2023. All guestrooms now feature a fresh, modern design with concise aesthetics, improved lighting, and updated furnishings — offering guests a significantly elevated experience with contemporary comfort and style.
6. Do the guestrooms offer river or park views?
A selection of our newly renovated guestrooms offer scenic views of the Shing Mun River or Sha Tin Central Park. River view rooms are especially sought after for their tranquil, picturesque outlook. Please specify your view preference when booking to enquire about availability.
7. Are cots or extra beds available at Royal Park Hotel?
Yes. Cots and extra beds can be arranged upon request, subject to room size and availability. The maximum number of extra beds permitted per room is one. For rates and availability, please advise the hotel at the time of booking or before arrival to allow us to prepare accordingly.
8. Are accessible rooms available for guests with mobility needs?

All guestrooms are equipped with British-style 13A (three-pin rectangular) power socket, USB and Type C charging ports. The household voltage in Hong Kong is 220 volts with British Standard plug.
Royal Park Hotel does not provide plug adaptors or charging cables in the guestrooms. According to the Electricity Ordinance (Hong Kong Law No. 406) and the Electrical Products (Safety) Regulation, all household electrical products supplied in Hong Kong must comply with safety standards. Guests can purchase adaptors or charging accessories from the vending machine on 3/F.

Yes. Royal Park Hotel’s thermostatic swimming pool is temperature-controlled and available for year-round use. The pool is accessible to all in-house guests during standard operating hours.
3. Is there a 24-hour front desk?
Yes. Our front desk and guest services team are available around the clock, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Dial ext. 0 from your in-room telephone or visit the lobby reception for any assistance.
4. Is there a 24-hour concierge service?
Our dedicated Concierge team is available from 07:00-23:00 daily to assist with transportation bookings, restaurant and theatre reservations, city tour arrangements, car rentals, and limousine transfers to and from Hong Kong International Airport. 5. Royal Park Hotel provide luggage storage service?
Yes. Luggage storage service is available at concierge for pick up in same day. If you have next visit, maximum 2 pieces of luggage is available for storage.

12. Does Royal Park Hotel provide medicine if I am sick?
No. Due to safety purpose, the hotel will not provide medicine. You could contact the Duty Manager for information assistance if needed. The nearest hospitals are Prince of Wales Hospital and Union Hospital, which takes around 10 minutes by taxi from hotel.

1. What are the standard check-in and check-out times?
Standard check-in time is from 3:00 pm. Standard check-out time is by 11:00 am. Early check-in and late check-out may be available upon request and subject to room availability on the day. Additional charges may apply. Please contact the hotel in advance to arrange.
2. What is the cancellation policy?
Cancellation terms depend on the rate plan selected at the time of booking. Flexible rate plans typically allow cancellations up to 48 hours prior to arrival without penalty. Prepaid, non-refundable, and promotional rates may not permit cancellation or modification. Full cancellation terms are stated in your booking confirmation.
3. What payment methods are accepted at Royal Park Hotel?
Royal Park Hotel accepts all major credit and debit cards including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and UnionPay. Common digital payment methods and Hong Kong Dollar cash are also accepted. A currency exchange machine is available in the lobby for foreign currency needs.
4. What is the minimum age for check-in?
Guests must be 18 years of age or older to check in independently. Guests under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. A valid government-issued photo identification — such as a Hong Kong Identity Card (HKID) or passport is required at check-in.
5. What are the policies for additional guests or extra beds?
Each room category has a defined maximum occupancy. Extra guests beyond the booked occupancy and extra bed requests may be subject to additional charges. The maximum number of extra beds permitted per room is one. Please notify the hotel at the time of booking so that the most suitable room type can be recommended.
6. Can a third-party check-in on behalf of the guest?
No. For security and privacy, the registered guest must be present with a valid identification document and the credit card used for booking (if applicable) to complete the check-in process.
7. Are outside food and beverages permitted to be brought into the guestrooms?
Yes, you are welcome to bring outside food and beverages to enjoy in your room. Please note that deliveries must be collected from the Concierge desk.
In order to maintain fresh air and ensure the comfort of other guests, durian is prohibited and please avoid bringing food or beverage with a strong smell.
8. Are pets permitted at Royal Park Hotel?
Royal Park Hotel is a pet-free property. Pets of any kind are not permitted to stay in the guestrooms, with the exception of certified guide dogs and registered service animals as required by applicable Hong Kong law.
9. Is Royal Park Hotel a non-smoking property?
Yes. Royal Park Hotel enforces a strict non-smoking policy throughout all indoor areas, including all guestrooms, dining venues, meeting rooms, and public spaces. Guests who smoke in guestrooms will be subject to a deep-cleaning surcharge. Please enquire at the front desk regarding designated outdoor smoking areas.
