Located in the heart of Tai Po, the Hong Kong Railway Museum allows you to explore the history of the local railway transportation. The exhibits include the historic station building, six historical coaches, a narrow gauge steam locomotive and a diesel electric engine No. 51.

This Journey of Enlightenment involves a stunning 5.7 metres cable car ride up the side of a mountain on Lantau Island to a culturally themed village next to the Giant Buddha and Po Lin Monastery. Measuring 34 metres high and weighing 220 tonnes, the Giant Buddha of the Po Lin Monastery is the world’s largest copper statue of a sitting Buddha and one of Hong Kong’s most famous tourist attractions. The nearby Ngong Ping Village also offers several themed attractions, shops and restaurants.
